After leaving a toxic work environment, Vanada built her own studio in Bondurant, Iowa—a place where every client feels seen, heard, and beautiful. What started as a solo lash suite has blossomed into a growing beauty destination fueled by passion, skill, and heart.

Booking policy

Cancellation Policy A $20 non-refundable and non transferable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment time. The fee will be deducted from the total price of the service booked and the remaining balance must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment with a makeup-free face to maximize the time for your lash application. Contact lenses must be removed before your appointment but can be re-applied right after.

Please limit caffeine and liquid consumption prior to your appointment to avoid fluttering of eyes and frequent bathroom breaks.

Please respectfully give 24-hours notice before the scheduled appointment date of a cancellation or rescheduling via call, text or email. Cancellations must be made with a 24 hour notice from your appointment time. If you are unable to cancel and it is within 24 hours of your appointment time your card will be charged 50% of the service price. All no shows will be charged 100% of the service price. No exceptions. Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings.

We ask that you arrive at your appointment at the scheduled time. It is important that you are on time and ready for your appointment at your scheduled time. Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a same day cancellation fee of the service booked. No exceptions.

Refunds are not offered on any services. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, a refund will not be offered but a removal of the eyelash extensions will be done free of charge at the earliest possible convenience.

I have a 72 hr fix policy, If there is an issue with excessive fall out, shedding with no natural lash attached. or something about the lashes you don’t like. Length, shape etc… No extra quests allowed due to safety reasons

What’s the difference between Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lashes?

Classic: One extension per natural lash – natural and clean look.
Hybrid: Mix of classic and volume – a textured, fuller effect.
Volume: Multiple lightweight extensions per lash – full, fluffy drama!

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions typically last 3-5weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. Regular fills are recommended to maintain your look.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit/booking fee is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. This goes toward your total service cost.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Can I bring guests or children?

We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment to ensure a peaceful experience for all clients.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Currently, all services are by appointment only. No walk-ins at this time.

Do you offer training?

Yes! We’ll soon be launching Train with V, a hands-on lash and beauty education experience. Stay tuned for course dates and sign-ups.

Do you offer refunds?

How long do services take?

Service times can vary slightly based on your natural lashes or nails, but here are the average durations:

Full Set – Classic: 1.5 to 2 hours
Full Set – Hybrid or Volume: 2 to 3 hours
Fills: 60 to 90 minutes
(Note: Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment)

👀 Brows

Brow Wax & Tint: 30 minutes
Brow Lamination Combo: 45–60 minutes

💅 Nails

Builder Gel on Natural Nails: 1.5 to 2 hours
Builder Gel Fill: 60–75 minutes
Dry Manicure: 30–45 minutes

Why do I need to put a card on file?

Your card is securely stored to reserve your appointment and help protect our time together.

We require a card on file for the following reasons:

To confirm your appointment and reduce no-shows
To enforce our cancellation policy (we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice)
To ensure time is respected for all clients, including you!

🛡️ Your information is 100% secure and encrypted through our booking system (GlossGenius). Your card will only be charged if a cancellation policy is violated or you choose to use it for payment at checkout.

What if I don’t like my service?

At V Lash and Beauty Co., your satisfaction is important to us — but because of the time, product, and customization involved in each service, we do not offer refunds.

However, we absolutely want you to love your results!

If you’re not satisfied, we offer the following solutions within 72 hours of your appointment:

💁‍♀️ Lash Services:
- Free fix or adjustment
- Lash removal (if preferred)
💅 Nail Services (Builder Gel):
- Free repair or adjustment
- Must be reported within the 72-hour window

Please contact us as soon as possible within that timeframe, and we’ll be happy to schedule a touch-up or correction.

What if I’m allergic to your products?

At V Lash and Beauty Co., we take allergies and sensitivities very seriously. All of our products are professional-grade, and we do our best to choose options that are gentle and safe — but allergic reactions can happen, even if you’ve never reacted before.

💡 If you have sensitive skin or eyes:

We highly recommend requesting a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment for services like:

Lash extensions
Brow tint
Builder gel

🚨 If you experience a reaction:

Please contact us immediately.
We offer a free lash removal if you have a reaction to lash extensions.
We are not able to issue refunds, as time, product, and service were still provided.

Your health and safety come first — we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue as comfortably as possible.
